All the Irish people did was to hold a referendum as to what was the Irish frame of mind on the Lisbon Treaty.
But who was it that put the rules together that said that if any one country in Europe decided that they did not want the treaty ratified, then it would not be ratified.
Was it the Irish people that constructed those rules? I think not…What say you?
